周正，西南财经大学副教授，西南财经大学-香港理工大学儿童青少年发展研究中心执行副主任。北京师范大学（珠海分校）经济学学士，北京师范大学心理学硕士，香港中文大学心理学博士，美国罗切斯特大学访问学者。在国内外知名期刊发表相关论文二十余篇，主持四川省社科规划课题等多个项目。四川省青联委员，四川省民政厅未成年人保护专家,首批四川省铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育入库专家，中国社会工作教育协会服务学习专委会副主任。社会工作、心理学和社会学学习共同体“心社研学”创始人之一。Applied research in Quality of Life (SSCI Q1区)副主编，《心理发展与教育》、Social Science & Medicine、BMC psychology等期刊审稿人。
